We found another door that led into a passageway that we hadn't checked. It looked safe to venture forward. It eventually led to another room. There was a person in there, bound and gagged. There were noticible valuables about.



When the person was freed from his bonds, he introduced himself as Jonas, the son of Lynndon's mayor.After a careful search of the room, the shard was found. Brother Tobias said this was just one of many shards. We would return it to the Temple.



We headed back down the mountain to where we had left the horses.We camped there before heading back to the town of Lynndon. We were sure that the bandits would not be very happy for their lost and would seek revenge.



For now at least the mission was complete and the shard would be returned to where it belonged.
